朋友你是看完《医龙》问的吧，刚好我这几天刚看完，正好我也是学临床的。
flow down是指开始血液回输，因为血液是在人工心肺机中，用人工心肺（在手术期间）代替人体心肺完成机体生理循环，心脏手术完毕后就要让血液重新回到心肺，这时候执刀医生会说“flow down”，之后就是脱离人工心肺机，这部分工作是临床工学士（ME）负责的。
